DAVID OLIVEIRA
Portfolio Landlord · Speaker · Author
I invest in property and speak on building wealth without quitting your job first. Based in Boston, Lincolnshire, I run four businesses.
I spent years as a lettings manager looking after 250+ properties for other people before I bought my first place in 2013. I trained with Progressive Property, and these days I’m a portfolio landlord, a speaker, and an author.
Everything you’ll find below is what my book is about, and it’s how I actually live it.
What I'm building
A UK property education Substack, podcast, and a community of 1,000+ investors who are tired of gurus and hype. Run with Heidi.
The property networking room I host every month in Lincoln, for investors, landlords, and the people who help deals happen. Same room, second Monday, every month.

I invest in property for myself. I’m not a deal sourcer, and I don’t sell deals to other people. What I do have is a track record running my own portfolio properly, and an ongoing appetite for the right investors, JV partners, and deals.
If you’ve got capital sitting idle and want it working somewhere concrete, I’m open to a conversation. Every arrangement is secured against the property itself, with a proper written agreement and a clear repayment structure, never just a handshake.
For the right deal, I’m open to structuring things jointly, splitting the work and the return in a way that’s fair to both sides, agreed properly up front.
If you come across something that doesn’t fit your own strategy but might fit mine, I’m always happy to take a look: BTL, HMO, BRRR, lease options, and similar.

Whether it’s an investment, a speaking slot, or you just want to say the book helped, I read everything myself.
