Don’t just try to stay positive. You will need to practice to make it happen. It’s a daily exercise, and just like any other exercise, you’ll need to practice to become better at it.
I can do it.
Everything is possible – literally. Men travel to the moon and jump of skyscrapers. What other proof do you need? Develop a can-do attitude, stop procrastinating and become the most efficient and proactive person you know.
I will learn something new every day.
If you only make one decision this week, stick to this one. There nothing better than learning. There is no better investment than to invest in yourself and your education.
Today I will set goals.
Not ideas or a bucket list, but actual goals. Set dates and milestones, create a vision board and focus on how you’ll achieve your goals.
I will do my best at work.
No matter what you do, make sure you do your best. You’ll feel better just for trying your best. Enjoy what you do and have some fun. Life is too short.
I will stay in control.
The best way to keep it cool is by being in control. Refuse to do anything you don’t want to or don’t enjoy doing it. I know it’s easier said than done, but believe me, it works.
Act now, not later.
Stop planning and making excuses to delay your plans. Stop pretending you’re busy when in reality, you’re doing nothing important or productive. If you need a little more motivation, start reading this morning affirmations from the beginning.
