How was your week? I have been focused on catching up with work and uni. I have also spent some time thinking about inequality and discrimination.

There’s so much to talk about but so little time to write.
Inequality & Discrimination Against Women
I was studying, when I came across the following statement:
Women earn less because they are more likely to be employed in the ‘4Cs’ industries (cleaning, catering, caring and as cashiers), which pay lower wages. They are more likely to work part-time, and these jobs pay lower wages per hour.
The Open University
Where are we? Some developing country? No, this is actually in the UK.
It’s time employers, government and individuals take action towards equality, not only when we’re talking women rights, but in all areas of life. We are now in the 21st century and living in a democratic country, aren’t we?
What am I watching this week?
The Sinner
An interesting series, where Matt Bomer does an exceptional job. I first became a fan of his work when I watched the While Collar, another great Series To Watch on Netflix. The Sinner is an intriguing series involving crime, violence, suspense and drama.
Notes For My Son
An emotional movie based in a real-life story (my favourite kind of movie) featuring a mum going through the struggle of dying with cancer. Concerned with the future of her son, this lady writes a book for her son. Watch it on Netflix.
Do you have a Netflix account?
Who doesn’t?
